The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.! E1 C. \$ U& O7 m4 ?6 d$ w% [: i

4 A" _5 _; @9 [; I- Z; k$ G• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required7 [! J5 t0 ^3 o& V" _
• Answer multi line telephone system5 B3 y. I8 [& j/ w. |9 c
# y& G# Q" s- S7 S3 F+ c9 O2 tAdministration:
& D3 L# T" R$ d, T0 K• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads# P! w) Y6 E3 m) [7 m8 q' |5 b
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
# ^; e& R# ]6 P) m4 m9 ~* c• Input and manage high volume of data
( U7 N8 V* J9 \ S/ R0 P) A4 V• Update and maintain databases* }) [) K! J; Q$ m
• Generate monthly reports and statistics$ \! G e' l# Z1 t& B7 v+ L
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
a4 L; q4 h+ O6 P, u/ t5 C' `• Process payments and complete weekly deposits6 V% b2 [4 J! p
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms/ c# g6 C* G8 s
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors3 m+ \( d F, ?
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre$ s2 G+ r7 h4 O2 u0 x
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients5 G5 z" K. F/ L- z/ \% g
/ V- J; ?! p4 G2 ]- x8 W s1 PQualifications:& e3 `% L2 H7 H" @" ?) U
5 d2 D$ u9 o/ F• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure/ h" H5 C: n0 E9 h
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
- K0 o- ]/ o4 n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
