The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 2 `8 @" i4 B0 R$ L+ p5 v5 H% T

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
: E& y8 G" O* T% ?& k2 S• Answer multi line telephone system

$ a/ T5 j/ p6 {• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 U3 V; p$ T! `
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
m9 q" Y7 n" E& m1 k6 H. k• Input and manage high volume of data
6 j8 F$ Z: q4 u! D• Update and maintain databases2 g" x$ Q: p' }- n! s$ F) a0 K
• Generate monthly reports and statistics6 @# V4 ]! L' q( r3 z- D3 M
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
9 c% b( _+ p+ K3 U: [• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors9 d1 u, K) w* C* r# `
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre) O3 b- S3 e5 F2 Q/ Y4 W
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure& {5 r* V- Q4 A5 ]( H
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS : R: l! @$ d4 E) I' U& G" i+ P
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
