Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
/ I1 Q! _5 e4 @- G■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
) u  k7 ^; f# K+ y( t$ B0 ]Experience and Education:
/ {' Z) k: I- A9 k4 v■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
/ Z3 L! P4 U  d$ i) ~■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
1 Z% e9 y; P+ n3 `, H■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
' V* \% L- C6 U* j) j& V■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
, |$ f3 v0 f$ H; Z1 ?( R■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
