Duties
3 `1 ~: b7 i# Z) ` N+ dAssists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
$ _; @8 @- c8 O3 \/ |1 XProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required

Performs related tasks as needed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
3 o# A$ q. t8 i" k, U' uDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred8 n0 a# `# ~6 ~) H3 c
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset

Familiarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit) y8 @. ]- f# |+ M; f
