新房快要交工,但外面的油漆没有完成,建筑商说到了冬天,外面没法做要到明年在.大家谁有这个经验吗?这种情况能够交工吗? 月底是一年交房的最后一天.所以建筑商急着交房.象这种情况,如果接房有什么后遗症?请大家出出意见.

! A& L! n3 k% @如果没错的话，好像是可以交房的，但是builder的律师要holdback $$$$ for seasonal holdback。等明年春天completion之后，builder的律师再release holdback的钱给builder。

没油漆的地方是木头吗, 如果没有外露的木头,就没关系.只是没油漆的这段时间不美观.
( N/ P1 @% a: V% ~如果有外露的木头.明年油漆前,你好好擦洗一下,太脏(沾了油)的地方用沙纸手工打打.再让他们上油漆.

没油漆的地方是窗户的TRIM.

We have the same builder.
Last time I asked the builder的律师, they told me they will holdback $$$$ for seasonal holdback.
' x. p$ K# G; I3 _如果接房有什么后遗症, just call builder for emergency. If it is not emergency, they will ask you to write it down on a form and they will schedule a time and come to check your house problem ( normally it is 3 month after).
I took the position in summer without 外面的油漆 and drive way 完成. Now it is down before last month.
