It depends, the courses are not very difficult since every semester they have at least 8 courses to go, that means you do not have enough time for all these courses, so if you didn't have any engieering background in China, you'd better choose anther one.
it sounds only 1/3 can finish all these courses in two yrs.
salary is ok, mormally 35k to 50k/first yr, if you got north america experience they will pay you more, compared with heavy duty, it's low.
your personality and your language skill are the most important stuff to find a job.
most of them work in the office full time. working condition is better than others.
