It's easy.the feeling and rules are the same as real vollyball but no pain!Easy to learn!

The ball is a little bigger than real vollyball and lightly.Easy to control if you practice more!
# F. g- k1 j3 M( {+ [Men and women also can play together!Each group 2-5 players.
I enjoy it even though 2-3 peson practice!
