Sunwing Vacations has cancelled flights into Mazatlan, Mexico from Vancouver.

According to several reports, the intended target was a man on a motorcycle. The B.C man underwent surgery for a severe gunshot wound to the leg, according family reports. A local woman was also hit by the stray bullets.
