8 i, ]1 r, I& i- K( u; {Working as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
: A) h" G* S- o4 P" {/ ]4 E Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
; G% x1 t( P7 x! \$ j) T" [ Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.
0 m4 E7 G, I3 ~6 A v' e Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle. - B6 W. g7 G& N3 N4 Q
Qualifications:
9 x3 }" Z( m& V( M8 n( wA Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
