Brief Description of Job Duties:  Responsible for providing server
support and software validation testing on existing and new products.
The successful candidate will work primarily with J2EE technologies on
: g- o' s7 N% `+ A( fdeveloped web-based software. Specific responsibilities include
: E% Z$ Y9 p. V$ Z1 |1 I" Sconfiguration and maintenance of lab equipment, test planning, test
4 ?1 W* h4 A/ D5 Jdesign, ASP/JSP development, test execution and reporting.

Skills Required:    Working knowledge of setup, administration and
deployment of JBoss, WebSphere and/or WebLogic Application Servers is
; x' E( ?  A4 n! k* D, irequired, as is expertise on Linux and Windows and Solaris servers.
Experience with network documentation and planning and expertise with
Windows Active Directory is a plus. Some object-oriented or Java
' r3 J9 D; p& gprogramming experience would also be an asset.

' C! b. ~3 \7 @# fExperience Required:  Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or
related discipline.  2-3 years server support experience with at least 1

researching, writing, and editing administration, installation, and

, A6 p4 v( y" F; r2 @+ r! q. qSkills Required:  Strong research, writing, editing, and technical
skills.  Familiarity with software development processes and software
& n5 `4 o8 R4 i4 R+ m( o7 ]5 Ltechnologies.  Experience with documentation authoring tools such as
Dreamweaver, Robohelp, and Framemaker.  Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:  Minimum of 8+ years experience writing
documentation in a formal technical writing environment, with a recent
0 t: l* S/ n7 W0 B8 E4 Zfocus on documenting web-based applications.

The candidate will work with other writers, developers, and test
engineers in a team environment to create documentation for technical
5 f3 r# m, P4 M7 jand end-user audiences.
