Job Description/Main Duties:
: l; s9 ]( }( \3 ]+ ~) v-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
# ?, q6 x/ U3 `( I% P+ j-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
+ V% I) ?0 |* |  r  S& O9 ]+ Y-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
& w, S" k! c- \: n6 d9 r-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

7 _! [! B2 D3 U- kEmployment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required

-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
