Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
" l+ b( w2 w8 D, M-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

" j& Y9 D5 A3 F-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
6 v$ \4 N0 G% L  F8 m" Y-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
6 `/ ?8 Y" Y# Y0 O3 m% B-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
