: v: g& M) V% O3 a0 S& jJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 o$ v% U' U3 k$ J1 ^-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
2 l  b0 ?+ E. z2 Z- J% K-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
0 u# {9 a/ E- @% ?-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

2 ~% m8 e2 w* X6 w-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
) p! U. o0 e  J-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
% S7 y& t6 R2 l0 s0 s-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
