Canada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look" X& f# Q. E$ x# d$ u
carefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be" N+ Z1 X% y4 Z% m; y6 q% k
guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and& P: T( x& j5 N: b+ E0 K
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing+ {# m9 I0 V* q# y

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has
