carefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be- y6 V; k) o" M

investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing$ h( W' Q3 a# E5 i: u3 k* L9 p

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has) p% D+ N3 B, Q. P
chosen to examine these concerns that the government shares with a large a2 o. H! d- }9 h! I% }

line with the best interests of Canadian consumers and encourages
