Canada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look: K5 J) F$ h, E# L/ F
carefully at how issues like UBB affect the big picture. We will be5 Q1 y: Q, y1 z6 S/ f, n
guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and* T: P2 H5 a4 W. w5 M
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has
