选哪一种泰诺（Tylenol）？

想买一点泰诺Tylenol，发现这里的有两种，cold 和flu。
7 [4 u% S: D- d( R不知道区别大不大，平时的感冒一般用哪种好？

发在求医问药区没人搭理。

just use regular tylenol, the decongestant portion of tylenol cold/flu causes rebound symptoms, so you don't receive much overall benefit, otherwise the 2 actually have the same ingredients, so if u still choose to use it, then it really doesn't matter which of the 2

they contain dextromethorphan, guaifenesin and phenylephrine
these medications are not to be used in young children
plain tylenol is perfectly fine, as is advil

的确！看似商品细化，其实都是一样。
' @3 ]1 l, G+ u' y7 O国内很多便宜的感冒药，成分和泰诺都差不多，都含有acetaminophen对乙酰氨基酚，价格回便宜很多，效果都一样
