Line 369 - Home buyers' amount You can claim an amount of $5,000 for the Home Buyers' Tax Credit (HBTC) if both of the following apply:

•you or your spouse or common-law partner acquired a qualifying home; and
" a) B# X& R+ }•you did not live in another home owned by you or your spouse or common-law partner in the year of acquisition or in any of the four preceding years (first-time home buyer).

这个只是针对第一次买房还是换房的也可以申报。
我是09年12月卖房租住公寓，10年4月重新买房，是否可以申报这一项。

问过政府了，和精打说的一样，不能报。

计划是09年才开始的， 之前没有这个Tax Credit.
