Line 369 - Home buyers' amount You can claim an amount of $5,000 for the Home Buyers' Tax Credit (HBTC) if both of the following apply:

但必须买前4年，在加拿大没有自己或伴侣名下的房子。

问过政府了，和精打说的一样，不能报。

精打细算

计划是09年才开始的， 之前没有这个Tax Credit.
