Position Summary
  l+ R% o+ I! GUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

5 ?$ u( r  V: K0 H5 lTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

7 }# T' T  [0 W& g) O+ R9 KJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 S7 n6 b: [- C6 O  ^School)
2 i0 y# t7 @" D: F0 hMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
. D5 B8 S5 j8 {% f  e, HMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
, z2 N' H" H2 d' XMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
+ B6 |; z9 i7 N: z$ A5 bMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
