Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. , W+ t! F( _4 D1 Z) T4 Uplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal( \ ?& _" p" w) t. v' R, X
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).; h8 O9 p# N1 W1 X O% `
5 L; c( x9 o9 T$ Q
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.( ^: w/ c2 \9 N+ f' u% W! c: ?

Job Qualification! l- L$ I( \0 S+ Y- b6 x$ n
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
8 o( C% ^# Q$ `: b, cMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
0 b: r5 u% s* x) S2 Q. w8 kSchool)* v/ x: L6 ]5 _- `9 X" v
Must have supervisory experience
$ {7 T" J( s8 }( u# zMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system! Q; c5 ^( A( S6 i* h7 o2 s
Must be computer literate
; B z# A! r7 ]% U! eMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
0 @, l* g. a8 FMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
, r+ s$ u8 N, c* {, DMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills2 N! v; P- m* z' o# \: _) i7 f! W
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
