Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. , _% [9 p* }; g- V; ]Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
8 h+ K! U& H% a5 g6 dplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
" X9 ]% @0 `' DMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit." Z4 ]7 G4 F4 u& p/ c( Z
; h. i$ z7 j2 N: NJob Qualification2 F! x, x% { F$ `: ?4 w% Z j
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services" _2 ^ B, _/ O$ d* c; N+ y+ ?
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
" y8 K2 l7 q$ @( k' l. z- \School)' v( ~" E9 y5 p1 \4 I
Must have supervisory experience
$ p6 H# N& b' [ `Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system7 j' [/ e/ c |) d4 v
Must be computer literate
9 \- F# {$ {- L. q& m( `, eMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.+ d4 [! t) i: d5 g
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
4 C: t4 `: @$ ], CMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
& V4 G+ c! ^1 ?) T: ~Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already+ m' _& F; _' m1 p
establish team.
