Position Summary
% T8 N! D/ U8 S; ?5 }Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
+ q& q: B' D! _player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ d3 D' q# R6 n0 d+ z1 O4 K8 gMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
6 @# M+ G% @6 s( `3 ]
To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
9 D% x+ P8 y7 a& `; yMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
& Q( D0 ]1 ~6 D0 r3 }! aMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
+ f- N- V2 _- ]. [0 KSchool)
. J- g( o' F. GMust have supervisory experience
8 ?' R- P" B' h& RMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
  _! t: P& F% I3 Z" h3 G% aMust be computer literate
0 L. F2 b, i+ p1 i  wMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' l: Z" F/ H$ u/ f, cMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
! M- T! n% w  M, [, V2 j% qMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
: n5 E2 T- M. B: }establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
