FUNCTION:
! M" Y1 Z/ G( k: CThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

$ ]6 f) C9 T9 K8 i3 C& {7 ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
/ B% L$ S8 j6 M* J•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
. x: O! z6 Z9 b5 u9 Y( O•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

3 t1 V+ B) d" r' p% c! tSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
