, s$ F  L' {8 O% NThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
3 Q& g  Q) ^2 ^# L. ~: M•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

' W. ?+ O! \' g& ]& g4 w/ @/ ?SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
( G  i$ }1 Z: B  w, K•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
$ E7 F& t" o  S) h. x•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 I( a4 @2 E& a3 a! P•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
