An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.0 C! t% s! {1 t( ]' E O. G

Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.

The 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week. & p, h1 x* R0 O% k' q
' k: P$ e& k3 X$ _3 P7 jIn a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
