报税报到最后是 refund 和 balance owing,如果是refund ,是要交钱给银行还是银行退钱?

Refund means you'll get tax back from government. Nothing to do with banks. You'll get the refund by mail(cheque) to your home address or by direct deposit (if requested) to your bank account.

Balance owing means you have to pay tax to Canada Revenue Agency. Nothing to do with banks. You can mail cheque to CRA or pay in bank.
