Position Profile Heavy Duty Mechanics inspect, service, and maintain diesel locomotives in accordance with federal and company regulations.

) T; E2 Q/ y ^" z2 x) o: T) h. ~Visual acuity and hearing threshold tests are required for this position. Written pre-employment tests to become a Machinist Apprentice are required for this position. Completion of 3-year apprenticeship is required to become a Journeyman Machinist. This position is subject to night, weekend and holiday work hours when needed.
