How long is "以後"?  If you are going to build a house in the near future, you can either go for the developing new sub divisions or try buying an old house, then demolish it and rebuild. Watch out when you are being sold the idea of buying raw land of undivided interest, you may have to wait over 10 to infinitely long years before those land being developed.
