看管理公司或房东，有的房东可以让你用,关键是有地方可以放洗衣机

plumbing? you'll need to hook it up to hot/cold water taps and also the drainage. I've seen portable dishwashers, but I don't think I've ever seen a portable clothe washers. portable units allows you to use the kitchen taps/sink for water source and drain.
