Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)7 z2 f* P: i2 \

Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)( J' b9 w- X3 z9 N1 L3 A( H
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge) R! Z0 B! ~ \2 M& o
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
