This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights
Main entrance on AH
) s' J: L4 s3 {; Q" V

' ]" w8 M1 B+ ~7 hMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

" Y! U' Z4 T5 d3 }, a) ?; [# B2 X3) So So:  Magrath etc.
+ Y( s% y( S. O! tMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
% l" N4 C1 I% W: S: L1 [3 tMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
  a; f/ m2 P. i# v$ yNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
6 k3 |1 \2 \2 d  D- F1 p6 Y5 BSame as 4.
