This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

) J- B9 o' f8 K) |0 Q& A! R3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

9 n# _$ {3 T2 f' Y/ P5 q4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
. h- @' z) x! l8 I+ FNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

1 H' c. x: Z0 O5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
