Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)3 W" C/ t- R& G

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge3 V- j6 e( b2 \- _8 z/ Q
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.8 q- x. Z4 ^6 f$ k
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.% x4 M$ ? n# O! ~. w0 H6 A8 ^6 M/ ^
