1) Worst: Cameron Heights
Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

2 H# ]) R, ?& o3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
1 h$ z0 O& _7 |( b- gMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
0 L4 E6 ?( g* m. |! ]No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

1 N7 r* ]5 Q% ^" \- f5) Best: Windermere Ridge
  P' a; c* R% l  y! v. `Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
