2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
) `' I" J: v" g3 ?2 F
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

" Z" r# ]$ f. K/ M6 ~3 c4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
( @7 Q  b, @. e% N2 O2 }No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

: ^  N/ P6 s: f& jSame as 4.
