1) Worst: Cameron Heights

9 d1 H( b4 n. |- T- ~9 O
2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

6 F# h7 R, N2 W, f3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
4 l! @( Z9 g" ?; {0 [5 K% p( b( g/ dMajor roads on 2 sides
2 @; r/ z* L" E9 T
0 A1 r  O/ |. N  V8 w4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
' f, M1 d. P5 ^' m$ ]$ VMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
/ @6 f7 s9 Q2 H" L+ A+ No condo in view
