Duties & Responsibilities: 1 n. R; r8 T1 @: ^+ Q% a0 y X
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
, l" z1 |+ u; o4 y§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
' w: c/ H- p5 B% x n8 X5 e§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays $ T3 B6 Q/ ?. F# v0 Y' i
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis + ^8 V5 d9 L) M% r, r3 l8 u
2 K5 q1 j% |2 ^' o) dPreferred Education & Qualifications:
6 e; M1 Q+ n9 l1 d5 |§ High School Diploma
& V9 C* _& ]/ i) W* S§ Valid Drivers License
# |8 }" m" [ x* ~! l§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
4 P/ w/ s& S) I* U§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge 2 u2 ~1 \: Y4 H0 q
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
" T6 z" {! W- E2 ~# Q3 W2 G& _§ Ability to use computers
8 D: e. d5 ~* l7 \9 G3 d6 I3 l§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
