Duties & Responsibilities:
) i) q: d) D. o& D- \§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- m) b! d; }$ B3 p+ n* F  g- Y% n$ ?# R, Q§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
# b& o7 I, a/ H) j- u§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
2 O0 S; p$ H9 J# X- R$ z§ High School Diploma
/ x! M6 m4 O; E/ S- W5 c! d  L§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
* T- w* M8 A9 @7 b+ l! B$ e- a§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
, H# f* [! u% A§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
5 H9 `5 Q( f1 O  T; m§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
