Position Summary:
$ Q$ l! x6 ?& V8 b; G, \* [1 i, _ This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities+ U' `) F! P3 ^+ ~
• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners8 v9 J& w X- y* p& [9 s
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs) z* {4 O( n: x8 A
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols0 [/ r; E4 P8 l; }0 i
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing; Q/ L# U; J8 K9 a; C
5 T; `9 k/ t X, `& z
Preferred Qualifications
- @" Y1 Z/ Z" T6 n3 k. ~) u• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
, N) P# _/ O& |3 v! b• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 5 U- @; H9 U6 @6 |
• Experience in project management & report writing
