Position Summary:
# r# O7 i- i& o        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
7 {+ r( y% h  d" P6 q% m* v•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
( `( ]4 t2 Y. U+ b& c•        Experience in project management & report writing
. P9 q+ \% \3 A; G•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
