This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. / V# t b, \5 x r

Responsibilities
/ c5 q; b0 ^* j7 M. j* y: B• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners" v& c: s& X$ M2 h
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
6 N1 Z# b: x1 H• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
Y& a4 I* L$ [1 P• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing& F, J. X9 v; u1 R
+ C% T- ^, U9 z2 Y# y
Preferred Qualifications
) ]& e/ I/ o# N3 x+ Y6 O, k• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
6 _$ S/ O" ~" q& ?3 ^5 N" S• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
* N+ u; O/ i; R5 ]2 c3 w, c* B. q• Experience in project management & report writing , y; m/ H6 P2 [. O6 K! X* c, a
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable; d y0 w2 E- Z2 j7 R7 _/ \
