Program Coordinator

        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
) U+ v8 d; r2 H" ~4 U9 M# F•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
% j6 G( d. N* N0 @  d& m•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
( l* A4 Q- u5 K, n' @•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
- W9 H3 e4 Z4 q: c& f•        Experience in project management & report writing
2 R7 u6 y6 d2 v' l& A0 E6 d•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
