Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:2 B2 O# Q( {0 ^8 W4 o
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;
* O6 ^$ A1 P1 X& [/ s$ \- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.
