Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:( G2 \) J: Q2 l0 V @0 }
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;
6 Q* i! m Z- O4 Z; O2 j2 y& L6 w- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.
7 h2 R6 W, f( y" e% X- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.
