Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
3 M+ P' {; ~3 T1 t4 ~2 O+ Y/ GCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
3 C3 c1 w7 D. m5 Z( l8 GTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
- a+ e) g; x& }% H  f1 K, A*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

* {% t% |- R" GDuties:
" Z0 c* c( l9 [To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

* S7 x+ N' w% O# ~. m# J. a. L Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
8 i1 |" V5 H! r! j0 W Take attendance if available
- w9 b% W( a6 A* \5 h Provide positive modelling to youth
/ C4 y  D( d$ ]  O Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
8 D* K! I% I' h Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
4 ?- f2 I0 U5 A) w. q# I4 X  g2 k: ? Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
! ~/ J  P+ w. |6 J+ X Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
' k9 L4 _; `4 H0 Q" z: [( A0 r Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

0 K  w1 U3 H& ~1 K4 n Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
& I1 ^% Y$ R0 ^+ x& T3 W( q6 q2 b Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
# p, C( W9 W# P0 L Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
) v3 `# G; B$ i/ O8 `6 V
