Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

Duties:
4 f* G& N% t$ F }% ]( BTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
* l! z. b; T' [# G X+ S9 B( a* C& s4 r; W
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals0 c$ f6 p6 M' G8 X/ g
 Take attendance if available + L, a4 W" q s9 s
 Provide positive modelling to youth
# ]2 _* D F% ~$ N# o* U Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities D- e* j; `! `6 T" [" b
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
* B+ ?. B! R0 N* N' M3 B/ k/ y Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator* A9 T2 y# j! p- v8 G5 v
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
2 y a& _0 U8 @ `8 |: c- T Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour: {2 d! j! f5 u% ~, {: \0 u5 ?# Y
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator* f1 Y9 n; Q3 @6 {
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training* h/ \2 l/ G6 [3 @$ X/ O$ k- m' g
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training

 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions9 ?% O( F) t( f4 N7 O
