求助，房子后院与某大型超市的back仅一条小石头路相隔

- C0 r- T, f  M' X  M7 ?每天超市的大型卡车来回穿梭于小石头路上，卡车制造了巨大的噪音不说，而且后院的fance总有被车撞到的危险，小路本来就是泥巴路，被压得坑坑洼洼，经过时尘埃四起，车身巨大，经过时后院的树枝连刮带碰的，很吓人。曾经写信给该超市反映过早晨6点集装箱车的冷气压缩机噪音太大，但是未得到任何回音。写信问政府，政府让找警察。嫌麻烦，就此作罢。但是这条小路不是heavy duty的路，他们整天开大型集装箱压来压去，随时有撞到我们后院fance的危险，是不是也不合法呢？
7 g8 g  q4 d/ q5 j  R* z希望有相关知识的网友帮我出出主意，怎样才能正确的保护我的后院，谢谢

call the city by law while they are making the noise. if  you can get them ticketed for a few times, they may change their loading schedule. As for the access issue, there isn't much you can do, because before they build the supermarket, the city already poll the nabourghood for the zoning change, any concern should have been voiced then, too late now. The supermarket has all the right to carry on normal bussiness activities.
