1 D& x7 Y: ~2 q1 S$ ]* K" u但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
$ R  F2 c/ D( h3 q1 {( i* ?- D% \再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
% B( F  C% G/ D3 R% [- t/ O1 f唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
