不是太贵就是很不理想

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

  m1 i' W6 G! E4 ?: y6 bI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
