爱城租房子真难。。。

可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
- g) w0 u8 g$ U& R4 G! e" W我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
0 P! q! ^% K1 j+ l" j# P( x9 v) n唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

- H/ T; A! r+ `! L8 x+ H9 EI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
