爱城租房子真难。。。

可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

$ Q; Y$ l7 K* f- v& w; f6 ?但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
$ W  y# e, v. k/ I+ @0 U3 ~不是太贵就是很不理想
- X( }' L+ x8 G5 C/ x& c6 ?8 L9 u再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

/ q9 |/ R/ w2 o" E  xI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
