爱城租房子真难。。。

可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

8 f& h- W* }' T- k5 y但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
- h+ I- k5 ]- V" H( t. e  L, Q不是太贵就是很不理想
9 S$ I! v/ E  M! Y' P3 a0 ]% w再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

- ]: h' H; ^4 GI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
