可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
  O. O: r/ ^+ v5 ^& D1 n. s1 h% n不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.
