可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

* l7 B6 b; S6 R; Z" e但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
2 ~. b1 m, ?6 u  b! v; n) u不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
