可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
4 m1 S5 N, U& w, E3 F: c/ n& Q不是太贵就是很不理想
9 L/ H% S* W# S4 Z- y再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
