我这不被折磨得想尽了办法,中午不睡午觉,让她做很多运动,睡前洗热水澡有时给她按摩,9点睡着,可还是不能改变她的毛病。每天的睡眠时间大概就7,8 个小时,这样能行吗?来这向有经验的人求助!

During the day make sure she has enough outdoor activities. $ D7 X: q' b1 |, m( I" cSetting up some house rules should help. I would have the following rules if I'm the mom:- r$ G6 F! l$ _1 J) l; j5 i
No food at night after 9 p.m.
Water only if she wants
Keep light out of her bedroom, no toys or only one cuddling toy
Play on bed and in the dark if she wakes up
Leave her alone ( pretend that you are sleeping, try not to talk with her or play with her) 4 q$ d \# |: h# E K

现在我只能做的是:也许她长大了就会变好吧!
