The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in) n- ~6 p" t" T2 G$ F8 [% d
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
" t( ?9 N: F7 n4 c* X! l: \. ~· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
* w: W6 J9 Y; D. y, d) L5 X· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; S |9 a' H! T· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;% ^9 Z$ g. G" ~# I( \
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;( z! x1 ? S; d0 e# t; z5 p [
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
/ \' A; B# @3 A. ~# p% J# u6 x) y· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;5 Y# L* S" }% k( ~, [ e0 [
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
# K" a$ W+ X" _· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
' V3 r2 \8 l) I9 Q! v. [database;! _( ?/ D0 g$ \1 x5 m
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
# G, b3 h' ]; n$ n· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
* t% k5 X' A2 N, b+ R) d) T# v/ s" ^3 p· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count; l- f; M! b- W1 S1 E3 z( X
Qualifications/Requirements:$ b2 |' [7 p) _" R+ j! t2 W
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain' B( U; b' X+ U% m" B( O
lasting relationships with customers;! G' c, V: `2 e \7 v
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;* I" \( }2 S* J$ D9 H
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;' h8 V3 l( A. B+ t& Q# E! Q
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;2 E) e7 k- x: p. Z9 @3 b& i! I
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
