Role/Function:, `2 v# s5 M' P9 T  V/ G5 `
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
4 W; `4 R  B0 G" i' K" j( aperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
0 R+ l0 T' e! P! e+ E4 t  P- q( Hrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:  u% q0 E3 G  d6 g; K- i, |2 k
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;- G; V* d7 S4 T, L! M
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
& X- U, D# A. j# X7 }4 s) a& w· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
* U) I! }' y# k" j% ~0 }$ Z4 L0 B· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;. ~1 I5 }5 v4 \( O
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
  ?5 H& X4 X* L" d% G; _, h· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;: X- z2 V+ ^; k( ~0 H* G' q3 q& i
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
- p- k; C3 g4 I7 O  j! s: `· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
( r& \3 N6 c; x! G/ V! k& odatabase;
2 p' d' b- I- d+ x+ c· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;+ A$ L: `# L$ e' m$ c7 W
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
5 X1 d' ?/ q! a$ [2 M: j· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;+ Y" P+ @; P" Z9 |
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 W5 t1 \) C" b) O  O! i' ?· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain- \; Z8 m; P+ K( X, p
lasting relationships with customers;0 x6 Y. h+ O, D' @9 O6 `; y0 ]7 t
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;  C, G8 V) w* @" j1 j9 u
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
$ {' H9 ~# U5 C5 b# t/ c+ z7 n9 u· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
) d# w+ p; C, b/ r, C" E9 [  I· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
8 D* ~# o% o9 z0 \2 G- {· Excellent organizational skills;" N- A* Y& r- H, |' Z: \
