The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
( t1 [& }9 } l% u% Pperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

3 m8 A/ q! L. F& r3 R2 Z% [· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;# s( A( @ t1 m8 [/ s
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
) H7 S! A! ]9 X8 z6 k+ \$ E! q7 Y· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;0 @+ A) I3 D. q% b+ A
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;5 @$ ~- K8 J0 P& s1 M% [, ~
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
; P! Y6 ~1 u) F- \3 \# b+ O· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
, Z1 N [, v: ]% |" p# _- Y· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
: {& H, O1 h3 Z! r· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
$ S% g l- Z, Q" o4 mdatabase;
, d* S1 c. b6 c( e+ _' _3 a· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
. S2 D& `+ \# l3 R· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
; H; P2 U& \ t# h- v. _! i) P1 c· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
, s6 t7 C8 U, A7 w5 w& FQualifications/Requirements:2 D# g$ @1 k/ B1 i- d% f% H) Z! }! K
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain; ?) O' r: P4 p) I. G4 @" n
lasting relationships with customers;2 O% E" C4 Y% `( b
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;. T% l- P0 D: E* p
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);' O0 N5 V" E# G7 v
