The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in5 b& o& o, Y: m
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining. L' E$ V) C6 ]( i+ M

Responsibilities:9 J) j8 _% B8 m3 G. J1 w& b2 `
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic; \, p' a! j! _$ A
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
7 ~. v, F2 ~& g2 V/ J) ^· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
9 }( P4 z0 Z' P1 O) R. i· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
* `! Q& I: r; G2 R6 j. a· Collect payments for cash account orders;
0 t6 m$ T- c3 K· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;; ~0 F5 f- C, e+ M
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
8 w+ r7 I2 P/ J· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate. o# W7 _/ S i
database;) Y6 r3 D' l% G$ T0 ~5 Q$ W1 \
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;$ c+ K% F- [$ A& N9 V/ R( Z
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;" P1 q; i8 f) `2 H
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;7 |' G3 L- d* t9 P! I* V3 Q
Qualifications/Requirements:" r. O5 J8 T& N9 k) w4 x
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain* l5 R# i: m' f/ O3 i
lasting relationships with customers;5 x- g# h( @7 Z2 B2 X1 H: X
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
0 |; }5 I$ R. ?! A· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
6 d" z( f; W$ i; M· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
