Responsibilities:
9 q/ ]1 v) Y7 o9 G· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;7 w, ?2 b* r' j9 b( o
· Verify pricing and availability of product;0 U, k5 T$ O# c" C# p* r/ h; N7 X
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
2 n: [ z1 h! d9 E· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;. H e9 E* Y/ j: V1 b
· Collect payments for cash account orders;2 f F6 V4 U5 ?. v8 W
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
9 u4 l( L k4 ]) R3 b· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
4 {' S! \7 H) s l0 S; I· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate& G" p: p$ `& \" {
database;
4 ^. C+ q. W0 e8 f· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
; A' ]$ m- B, ~6 c· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
9 f, \/ Y8 ]" m2 q6 r· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;/ [( M$ [7 c, \8 d/ Z: G4 |. t; @
Qualifications/Requirements:
; F: I# I0 ~0 w0 R: c o9 A· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain" y: K9 n6 f4 z/ T7 T3 |1 {3 K W3 X
lasting relationships with customers;/ E& i: H: Y2 ~3 v1 u9 X
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ i- Q. S9 b& K6 j· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
: Y9 A% a. Z8 h3 Q( j· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;% N V% W6 {: f+ |4 m3 ?
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
