我看了马健威和Alison Redford的网站，重点对比了他们两个的health care 政策，给我的感觉是马先生只是停留在喊口号阶段，而Alsion的政策非常详细，且列明了执行步骤。下面的是马先生的政策，Alison的太多了，就不复制在这里了，可以去她的网站看http://www.alisonredford.ca/issuespolicy/overview.cfm

6 Q& L1 p; K- h$ V" z4 r" t我觉得出发点是好的，但不会有长期作用。无论是"provide","offer"还是"ensure"，都少了一个主语。而这个主语还是现有的医疗系统。

没有外来竞争，就不会有系统提高。

可能最后无论哪个政策都是失败的。不过，一个有细节的政策将来容易被监督。

4 z8 j/ l% w- M3 x) J- @( P2 S这我同意。以前说过，我是支持野玫瑰的。但如果非要在PC里面选一个，恐怕我不会选择Gary。过去这几年他是主管医疗的，而医疗管的并不好。也许可以辩解说他不是一把手，没有办法。但他上台后掣肘一样的多。

现在决定成败的是出局的3位。3位出局最恨的是入局地3位，特别是第1的。他们的支持者当然不会很愉快转而支持把他们踢出去的头号敌人。

! C( q  f' [" ~. W1 A+ [. g% U现在需要马的忽悠功夫， 给出局的3位利诱威胁， 胡萝卜小棒一齐上。把他们笼络住， 由他们把他们的支持者说服，转过来支持马，自然就不会翻船。

我相信马的忽悠功夫，比另2位强的不是一个级别的。也有足够的利诱本钱，所以大家尽可放心。

! v! j: Z$ V- V. z你让排第3的Doug Horner怎么想。这个细节可能让她完蛋。
