The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

) [$ F# z  \  Z. [$ x• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
9 ~. k  R/ @$ n# O# E• Program implementation
• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
0 I9 _: j/ D7 _& n' q- T• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
/ u4 X2 z( ?4 P9 v/ V; W5 b• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

0 Q0 e) a4 t  E9 h" `Minimum Qualifications:
* a6 y2 o+ q7 d* q* tEducation
• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
