The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

* S6 W) f) N" K) r6 L/ V• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
7 d6 T: J7 Q' p( T! q2 ^$ W• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
! J" j# D) V* Q; Q" S• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
- A2 {" j1 [* d4 Z3 a4 V• Behavior management
6 Z8 F# f/ C/ g9 T3 t& X• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Minimum Qualifications:
6 f: s6 M% b6 }6 ^  X* r+ uEducation
• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

Salary: $13.43 - $14.25 per hour, plus benefits beginning day one of employment
