•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
9 l2 G& n2 _$ i•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
( V3 X9 ?) ?1 e6 ?•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
9 x1 B: I9 v7 _  z. e- w: e1 K•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: ~  P0 ]" A% ^, m1 ]  B2 Z/ p•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
7 E- e) l1 u! R: |5 q3 Y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
9 ?2 @( ]. l2 ]) `•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
