Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
/ z3 g9 m' H2 b2 k•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* j3 k% G5 X* f( G2 g* e1 {( _•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
1 d- P1 `' S1 j& |: c•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
+ p' g) [3 o9 \7 Z+ R% ]9 ^•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
. }# c! x5 y6 l  ]9 ~•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
; ^6 m9 r5 z, V5 O3 N•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

' e5 Q* a3 d/ f8 y- ~5 T& f- v•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
$ L8 [9 c/ m7 ^5 |& f* R9 g•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
# y6 C* X- R$ P$ O! D2 o  P7 e1 ]•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
/ L, u, k" M' C7 K! C•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
