Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:
# h( _4 F" c/ a' m6 _
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& t7 V9 v2 `. U2 y•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
7 W4 F7 t$ R9 V: W•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: X8 i- F6 w5 |" H- N+ g# b•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
' e5 Y5 Y2 m0 e+ O4 a7 b1 s5 X8 B•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
2 O' U, x; D( g5 b. ^  R•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" i' \- ]+ o$ n) e* g•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
# V0 N9 g7 \. i3 N3 c6 V6 l•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
