Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
6 ~1 j. `; R" u; a4 c2 @•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
# D/ a' d- s8 M. o•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  ?0 G3 ?8 {. w2 h- i/ ~0 W, Q•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 y2 H" k% Y8 z( y) Y•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
9 U- D; E3 g: W* _" c•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, H/ q; O6 b4 b/ d3 ~7 O0 V0 W•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

/ z) `9 T0 V. L9 I; [•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
/ p; Z3 t7 v- l$ B9 f1 N4 v8 H# v•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
