Job Description:

5 r- I8 f8 W! W1 ]- m7 S% ^- l•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
1 O( F3 ]) X6 g6 K2 [•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
. d- G" {: F$ v3 c" w•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
9 C4 b4 s) e4 x•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
9 _5 @( M6 k1 ?( l, T•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
