. b+ ^$ O$ q( d$ ?' r加一个 “real " 有什么特别含义吗？ 仅仅是加重语气？相当于Very？这种用法常见吗？

Don't think about it too much. The person who said that really hope you could recover soon - kind way to express...here, "real" is an adv., like "very", it's just a different way of saying...
