我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。7 f( `' F7 E. |1 Z3 s& W

CRUST

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 I# E0 k/ ^5 ]9 m8 \- L5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ( f- l( _. t- O) i; M+ {

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. / O8 \( [6 s! u* L7 p" L/ l( I

2 Z C4 e+ W; S- O6 o0 SFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
