15ml lemon juice! c: ~7 r1 D" {9 I( H
2 bananas
6 V! C s, ]8 A% N% B: U7 ^30ml brandy
, E9 o+ N' U! XStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
2 v3 _ B. P/ g6 N' W$ B/ p1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan" Q$ f, @, N% e8 o- |& j
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.9 ^% l2 S6 d# \# g0 D, ^( N9 ]
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.. Y; {/ u( \3 Q5 \
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.6 v* Q1 @* L$ _# D3 }9 u
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.* V0 d5 l6 Z/ J: k8 L% i; t$ \
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
