25g butter
3 m/ h5 {# g. r6 ~) z. x15ml brown sugar
% e+ l J) I u$ m2 W& c" h+ [15ml lemon juice$ j/ w" f1 _: t
2 bananas5 g' P2 A3 E) X
30ml brandy
$ t }, j/ ]0 B: H( [Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate
% l. x! n% k8 ^; I( N+ v+ JMint, icing sugar to garnish, i2 C* h8 k t3 T

Method
- g4 s* ~3 W; G |* i {# w1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan0 z0 H! o* }( i$ T1 k) q ]3 v& \2 \
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.* M+ _, E; P" d
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

; ~* k. O2 W P( x. C$ S1 @6 K$ W' b* v5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
