15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan

4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through., s3 A* h/ Q$ Q8 A, M# D. k
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
