Brandy Bananas

15ml brown sugar4 B* N( b" ^; b' Q
15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy3 g" v* i% `) }: G+ T; O
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate. Y* h: {7 s5 `& r
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan+ u% A+ x2 I4 B
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.+ c+ l! V7 A# S1 W( }" H$ ~! ^/ d
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.& q+ d" \+ P ^, c
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
