30ml brandy, P' K6 D+ w c1 x. i. G

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

( X3 B5 b/ ^" `6 a" p1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan

" r6 k4 h5 ^* D% e5 n3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
