25g butter

30ml brandy' N! f% s5 J5 Z6 t
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate+ c: f G! B# n+ W1 o

7 ?0 H& T+ ~7 }5 l/ g1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan! N3 g( K/ o6 q" I/ X- f, R8 d3 Y7 }
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
3 d, i" |% O# h6 V8 Q' g$ h9 A3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.. T0 P3 v5 H3 ~* Z
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
& o0 h3 |; F, Z( v; D5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
