2 c0 c7 t# m( k30ml brandy
$ ^8 T+ w, r4 `$ d( B0 v; H5 H- {+ nStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
! j- U' B6 ~8 W, ]" x, _ ~Mint, icing sugar to garnish

8 ]1 q4 }5 v* {1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
; Q9 H% K. h# v0 p$ B# `2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
) g) ^: W3 Z! N N3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
$ a3 K, b) u+ G4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
3 h5 M. L) n" w& P. M$ a8 i4 g5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
