Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
3 o$ F* l+ f1 \1 _1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan. F% F& J! n0 q% k1 @
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
; |% \# X u2 [& P) Z# s3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.& g8 i) Z. a; H' N* E- v
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.* O% Y9 l6 \- _: F: d/ `' K0 V9 J
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
