Brandy Bananas

Ingredients

6 E3 p+ u h9 d5 B& |5 u# F, f15ml brown sugar
+ Z: q. j# b* u$ p _! M+ b$ v15ml lemon juice1 L6 |. q* Z& f6 t& P
2 bananas
1 I9 ~8 i5 j. y30ml brandy
! C6 `7 c9 }. @Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
2 J' ~% t9 {, l0 q" i. z2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
; B! A4 V7 z& t% a; O3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
0 j2 V7 K3 ~$ o/ K- C4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.) C/ Q% _' T! U, q4 o+ v2 h
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
