You are sound asleep and a phone call comes in. You pick up the phone and no one appears to be there. You look at your caller display and see the number 210-301-0307. What is going on? That is the question for thousands across North America.
+ h' @+ D- e$ {/ w& rThe phone number appears to be generated out of San Antonio, Texas as an automatic dialer. The number itself is not assigned. If you Google the number you will see over 4,000 hits but no one knows who the caller(s) is. l# B5 H o% I2 b7 D
Some people say they are hearing a beep and then an automated message saying they've won a trip. Some have seen "Builders Square" on their caller ID. When people try to call the number, they are often met with a message saying this number can't receive inbound calls.

"If the call is harassing then it could be considered a nuisance call and can be reported to your local police. If the caller asks for personal information do not give them what they are asking for," Sarg. Chamberlain agreed that the phone calls are a nuisance but unless an actual crime is happening there is little that the police can do. He added that you should get in touch with your phone provider and report the activity.: l, A& P1 W. W; O+ K Y
Toronto Police Constable Victor Kwon said during a phone interview to contact Phone Busters about this issue. The line to PhoneBusters is busy. I attempted to contact them for over an hour with no success other than a busy signal.
