今天看了个房子，不知道Montrose 这个区怎么样啊，小弟刚刚搬来，不熟悉哪个区好或者安全。请大家多多指导，

经纪给了我这些信息，好像是银行拍卖房：
It has been for sale for 114 days.
The seller disclosed that there was a health notice on this building, but that has now been rescinded from Alberta Health Services, and they have documentation to confirm that.
