TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
9 B7 G1 e0 _( `! E" zwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative7 H0 C2 l4 t- B# H' {( `
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable+ r& V9 ]8 N( V+ d2 m0 n6 G" E
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations. W4 Y. I. v- L6 O. e
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment. \" J8 m8 @) @ D
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.0 c' W7 I' s4 C$ a5 M
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment./ t( Q) p+ n7 [, n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
* n0 R) j6 ]! s9 \5 B, B- l' Btimelines and budgets! x" \! k) ^8 X6 @* P' N
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required/ `. M. l3 ~" a! [- S( s
• Some field operational experience

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。: _- l" a( ] i, f. ^+ Q/ f

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。" Y0 h: I2 S% B

& Z' f @# {* _7 q5 g* R4 H由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
