JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
. a" i& e; N; H0 N# zThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
& x1 f% H% O- P7 I& ~well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative W7 ~$ m4 M) p7 [* T0 K
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable0 l! e4 R1 E5 P$ K! e* J9 j
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly3 l+ _. w# P: j$ Q' \* W
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

2 K( D$ X' f0 n9 `2 b• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.$ a% v, W9 a& d( g# B, Q+ I y
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.7 S: d, a0 d- Z+ E
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
# F) f4 h: x( Y) l! _0 F/ K, s• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.) |& y6 e0 |3 p! i0 G4 o1 ^8 h L
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

" |5 U q! L& E4 V' I• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
" M8 Q% g: A* c) @ Bcompany’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE# z; Q4 v5 Q4 ] Y2 S( A' ]- _
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
( f9 ^: T1 ~2 A' Q5 e n5 x• Some field operational experience
/ n$ w' c: J; t2 d! X* x, p6 r• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% s r3 [/ T f4 c8 h
# q5 N1 _4 N( o( j有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。6 @5 r! h9 L4 V

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
