TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
4 \0 `) H9 P. C8 U; f# w• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations., B; z# f( x. k; o% R/ K7 s
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
9 a' b) q+ K! }1 ?' D. U9 N+ R• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
2 {+ [8 I) M, B2 ]- V• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.5 q4 n" ?( U# u1 Y/ v
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
" p& z+ A3 b3 D1 J! u, U9 b! a0 A) ~+ \timelines and budgets9 R7 I% w: \2 _' O) e8 X: J
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
1 \' ?: O3 t- ecompany’s business goals and policies
' U" p6 q! m4 K& h7 {# j- O• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.! C% a3 @( t/ l4 \. H
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
( q+ ]& z2 d( R$ k5 m• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
! W/ c& t& q7 J9 N- ^( f" X B% d• Some field operational experience
6 W1 E, \3 C7 m& g1 o1 @• Some knowledge of the services company provides: H2 k7 R2 X! \, T ]
• Strong computer skills
; e% L! r( r* V4 D• Class 5 licence.

7 J1 i* ~% Q( F* l! i7 h' A补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。2 _* B9 c6 T! ^0 W; j7 G
8 s4 L+ Y1 {* o# K; I有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

- ^: ? d6 x9 h另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
