The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as b2 v' Y1 W. \5 A1 p! Z1 S3 v& B# W5 Q
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
, `; p8 a4 j* K) s- I$ L# f Iand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
( e( \( [3 y( M4 H9 N9 d# }: p/ Qcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly& @7 M! c" b4 j3 }& k
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
, W6 q- }! F* l* N• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
) o$ s7 \( v- D0 @. B3 m# H• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
, \5 ]' o4 ?% k) i, C• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.; L, M3 R* J' ]) l+ `2 z' D- Y
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.: T! ?! O" C$ k- X& ~2 n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,6 F, p5 J/ ^, F; P
timelines and budgets
, B+ F- o1 C, \. u• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring; |: M9 |- k: p9 d: [5 y5 s" e7 X

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

/ x* T! P2 E/ H. c• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required; A' ]" T( |- L- a1 o6 j
• Some field operational experience
0 P- C+ X% {9 p: T' Z! z6 \• Some knowledge of the services company provides

: Z% y2 j `4 L$ Y补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。 F2 i5 k+ G! l& a; }6 Z
9 R6 h8 @& {7 R: I有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& Z' x, w9 ^% F" T0 `, R0 K1 k
0 D/ _3 g+ C) P希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。
