JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
, ^$ U' ~- ~; _# h0 x, x* QThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as+ ]- u' X* O, }# I
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 W- o+ \$ S2 d
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable: K, t4 n( O! i
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly4 l0 B2 P$ h+ o% N! m6 Y. B
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
- E2 _$ t. r; i7 Z$ ?. n7 {• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.5 n9 [0 Z g5 w4 V4 b u& P, |
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.; J F% M4 t7 S6 R# Y( o
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
& E3 D: g) @" Y: c! w% Z• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,+ \1 Y O& k$ B/ R5 v- l3 g" _1 k' G
timelines and budgets( o& Y% R: X& V+ F! E& ]0 e
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring% G" u6 `: r: r; i

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
& J* b. d3 K, l# REDUCATION / EXPERIENCE% x4 T! H1 Y1 h- G
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required+ t( {$ O$ v$ V7 t5 N% f
• Some field operational experience
U9 ~4 j) Q% ?3 R! W) R) F# I• Some knowledge of the services company provides
0 ~- X& Q* q; X+ R• Strong computer skills
0 E6 `" V X& Q0 \: M% ?! ]: z5 u f! S• Class 5 licence.

& {) x4 J1 h w. W( i. v1 E8 S补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。3 Z7 {$ p3 f$ @8 @2 n' s7 L
$ g: S' @9 G6 n1 k5 Z1 D. v0 r有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
