The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
$ H9 N! f! f3 m Wwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative) L g/ f% |2 L: @$ e ]' t
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
7 U+ x+ H6 P$ Ccoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
$ X8 U% h* w4 ycontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.' [5 ~( Z, z6 t" y- T' Y' ~
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.0 J9 Y3 [0 _* _7 p6 f/ c
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
& z. }6 S3 }! R5 C8 J• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

1 v: S4 W6 F/ `9 O• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。' u+ s5 E9 K4 G) F

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
