JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
9 b* @# x2 M8 h: Y% FThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
! _9 x4 P3 }3 ^5 j0 ?4 S; K) Owell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
: m2 X( Z: [* K- }& yand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable" |9 \' ^8 S, j3 u: Y
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly d4 J3 a& C. X: B7 l
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

0 [4 L- N4 R6 M0 W8 }6 n+ p$ u• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
5 Y" k* H: M) t' |• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
5 C% H; N$ z+ b3 N4 R5 K• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.- T8 @- |% E& I/ S
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.. P$ N: p% ]7 I8 B+ G4 o/ Q% J
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
t- Y4 Q2 R0 ], htimelines and budgets0 T0 C# ~% ^9 ~5 ]
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring( M" W! S0 i* S& |; X5 I
company’s business goals and policies; ]5 j% C5 X2 a8 A) r. L' y* i
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
" ]) p/ F- K$ [4 y6 yEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE6 O3 y# i' }% y9 S
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% s, p3 v! y4 r4 J; s' U+ i, [
7 r+ z) V2 F, E/ t0 f1 _% ^有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
