TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
" p* s( B) I9 ewell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative3 P8 R. X! ~: b$ g& M3 D1 ]" p
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable: g0 `5 C7 C, l. x- Q0 M
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly6 v5 Z) `: U' ~
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.! E0 s1 c. e9 G0 V9 R9 O
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,# t) P J# T3 y
timelines and budgets# k# u o( e+ }. I8 |9 k, J
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring0 D' w) L! ~8 ~

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.- w! ]" k! M4 Q1 |+ n: ?8 T. E
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
% j9 |4 B6 w! P7 \1 L• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
8 Y' Y- V8 o3 y. H• Some field operational experience/ r* Q$ Y9 {. U- u8 ?4 E0 R
• Some knowledge of the services company provides5 d! M i" X% w9 I: I
• Strong computer skills

* ?- N S/ y. E+ E补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。4 [4 J0 P4 `, B3 m9 g: g
5 \+ B+ o3 f% Q+ c9 m有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。0 c1 k: {3 ?5 \ z+ Z! S3 ^

希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

5 u9 d) L( N4 y另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
