JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS2 |9 t$ _) c/ x$ K: @8 R; O0 p
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as$ [& ?+ }# O2 \% _
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 t( {/ k# q/ t( k4 r1 Z
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable7 Y; P% P& }1 X" F6 w+ x/ X6 L
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly( W& m5 {4 B3 K. z" ]6 ~
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations7 H* ~1 Q+ H9 j C8 }
Coordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.

• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
; h4 Z5 @) p5 v# g• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
" X' U; M: F g• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,. \6 {' k) o+ b7 U7 O
timelines and budgets
% Z: H! b' R. W• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.- G% l6 w- G% o4 \1 ^$ R, o+ |% O2 a
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
) s3 a* ]0 u% ]; t. ~! ?# e' Y5 U* E• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
4 l1 ^ R! p, b1 W3 p• Some field operational experience% d* C/ L3 Z- p* p
• Some knowledge of the services company provides& b% j' b& @. Q. h7 J# Y
• Strong computer skills, [( M p5 O) _* h# D7 }
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。( C+ v$ `/ b$ u5 V) a

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。) p) x* a) ~3 S/ R! r) V9 o

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
