JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS# ^5 Q; B6 s B: J* y: q4 V
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! H" E `2 Q# @/ x( T/ A
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
* L7 Y2 H$ T/ N) `! {' g' |" qand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
: h+ s9 O& m8 W( P( ?coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly5 ~0 O3 C9 U. P% j

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
2 f/ H) Q% b8 i- e• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.5 ]% W9 Q) d! i- z" {" h
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
6 M$ W9 M: a' o• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
" E, y3 j F- Ftimelines and budgets
( o' X6 t& @ E9 ]/ q5 Y• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring5 a' ]; a: R( ^9 B0 M' b
company’s business goals and policies
* C7 T; N0 Y8 P* h• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
* ^$ J% s1 O4 O9 P• Some field operational experience- e) D, |$ q* H
• Some knowledge of the services company provides3 W) C& N7 b/ D# O" Y* v
• Strong computer skills5 ^6 s5 f# r; e3 K
• Class 5 licence.9 B* s2 f+ q& E; N1 d

4 Z5 b7 O8 e u9 Q0 ~0 K补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

1 I* \# t# ^% N3 o有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

: ^ H# P Y0 z3 @ ]; L& `% s$ B另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
