JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
T2 A8 x( j& ?$ [' h4 s P' n% IThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
$ |; D$ {0 e# c$ u/ Fwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.6 p% M1 w1 f6 W7 r
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.* h. E7 T! F# R. f7 e. ]! g' x" J
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.2 ^( ^0 R3 v6 m
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
% j4 C6 ^; i0 S- wtimelines and budgets
' @2 `; O3 E5 ]* H5 m• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring+ t T' h7 W( O& N* }( Q& G
company’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
7 d# r. x5 X/ O• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required1 I0 j6 G: P e& ]6 a
• Some field operational experience" R0 [2 J& c4 \& J
• Some knowledge of the services company provides& o) t* R$ K7 m+ C6 r% {
• Strong computer skills
% [7 G- N3 b1 X* Q0 h" G• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。- q0 g+ I( F6 Q0 a4 r
$ d% y) h" B$ ^$ Y# z% v8 F有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。4 b8 U( v' l u4 J$ ?6 i4 |

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
