! x4 D: E: T1 ]8 f* xThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
$ M" K7 k, j k y# m; Y* O7 }2 wwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
8 b/ i# A" m4 oand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
+ R0 y) U0 R" N1 dcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
0 j9 f$ @+ V; D ]contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations9 t2 T( g q5 i3 H
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES& ?8 O+ n8 ~+ D
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
5 ]0 \/ c8 W$ ~2 Z$ p/ S• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.# c) A/ ^$ N1 w$ D' s) k
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
! ?* D [. ?3 a: F. K" j: C* @• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
! e3 B! R6 B9 Y( Z9 K" y• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,7 `* w a2 C. i# B

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
" v& y5 i w+ ]' e3 U& a% F. K8 ocompany’s business goals and policies
% M% e$ J' V4 U7 U2 z: H• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.$ Q& R( g" a- Z: @2 x( y
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ `6 v. @! w: F( Z( ?* u& T o
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required' K7 k Y0 }8 @6 j* V3 l
• Some field operational experience
3 P; p% |; t7 ~- r$ }! A4 g7 ?, |8 X• Some knowledge of the services company provides
2 K8 P J3 a7 ?1 J• Strong computer skills7 E O1 ]7 v; r6 m% d. F" p
• Class 5 licence.; n3 }3 A/ d8 S5 j& v% Y5 b& |5 j6 N6 }

# j2 S; w' N# R; L# ?补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

( }" j3 B) H/ r G7 @0 a有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& P9 j" v2 a, m3 i
) P, f) w3 \. P: i希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。
