TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
; M- I* k2 j/ W* F* Pwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative" I, |( K9 `+ C2 m8 o: u& w; @
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable6 m% y$ s; L# W/ D
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly9 P7 [4 q( t/ v) ?2 U8 X- I- e) B) s
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations, u+ v* l; H, k T4 l+ @8 J
Coordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.- G6 T4 e0 a* l( {7 D0 H: j3 ^, `
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.$ k' @! {2 E; B" ]
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
. v9 j! [9 }$ q• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring. }' `( n: X; r$ P4 n) g, w

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE; n* q) t. B* S7 l" R; h
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required7 M, ?, P' [3 @3 O( q! `
• Some field operational experience) f2 P7 f8 p2 r( a
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

5 ~' ]) U: v4 @6 x( P" d补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

: U! c2 U* t1 Q有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。+ D5 B6 m$ m( D& a# t* Z4 L+ U7 J

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
