, }6 h Q0 R* [The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as' \ [) U# I) p0 H) y c) o
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 i( i- ^' v1 V7 t- b
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable% z2 ^4 V0 p1 U: H9 M
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
) l9 q- [8 i x0 h2 G• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations./ ^- F; F, o) S4 }; [% f8 z
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.* w1 J# b& P+ h [* l1 H4 E
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
/ V( i" N# M7 ]" z0 M S6 ^• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.# n) e W) n' h+ I5 r; i
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
& \9 A/ [5 j ], V+ otimelines and budgets
# O% X# K {2 W/ F• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring R2 F" s( `1 U; `$ s o4 D
company’s business goals and policies
! f; t/ Z% J, y& c, w9 W$ f; \• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required/ b. e7 S4 W2 g j' R$ E
• Some field operational experience
+ L0 I- C+ B9 P4 y [! h• Some knowledge of the services company provides; o" v8 M. c: Y' J3 r
• Strong computer skills7 U& Z% F- I0 W; o8 q( o) ~/ K
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。8 {( W" q" x ?
. o; O# s9 I. e% B; S: i有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。6 ]2 i) K0 e0 k1 [& L2 m
: R8 D, j( Y1 S. y8 I- a希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。) A0 g$ s' a7 Q5 b) I

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。- L0 P9 S' H. Q7 {
