The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.5 e5 H% o! U- u- Y* H% C
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
u+ N" ^" s% n6 a, R. _• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems./ S5 u0 _ X: J* C& e
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.& J( I: T: S6 W7 \( |: P
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
; V6 R6 h" J8 T% Q' _3 {) K% g7 etimelines and budgets, u6 L3 B& r% m/ C/ w: _7 d
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring) m/ C" p+ ~3 F4 G- B, |

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.& h" I$ V% P/ M" l- K9 T
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
9 S8 G. l9 \) K• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required2 A- P/ N1 l- c3 u$ U, D6 m
• Some field operational experience! z! R4 n1 M, p
• Some knowledge of the services company provides2 L$ b! g& l$ W8 K. y5 _
• Strong computer skills
& n2 T: ]. r, ^4 \/ j$ w• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

: p& F4 B* F7 X另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
