JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS9 j! U) d$ K& E, |7 D& ]
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
2 z/ {6 A- O0 k' O" u+ u5 ?1 u3 n, Pwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative. J3 @) U2 L! {' p4 d" K& S
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable3 U1 W- {: I9 J
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
& m8 q% _) E+ r2 hcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations# G% ~7 K: J0 R: T* |1 p% _
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
$ ]0 T: @0 {: h2 y5 n• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
# Y. N- h7 F6 d! z• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
% j( k7 d- o, Y' g• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
. ?3 \' S5 Z0 \, D& t }# d ^+ S o• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.3 I. Y( Y/ J4 [7 U
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,+ c! z* P: l; H0 p7 b0 P) {
timelines and budgets7 j# H$ z' ~0 ~) [
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
9 w$ @) {. @3 ]/ x( `1 O; Z Qcompany’s business goals and policies
2 w' I% g* p. M• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.% F" P l7 v' C, I$ n
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE6 c; M5 @5 n3 K( e
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required _& M# b$ U- I* \/ k, o
• Some field operational experience
$ j7 v6 h# s- E( _7 E: ^• Some knowledge of the services company provides

• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。 [1 j: V* o0 }" y/ u

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
