JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS q0 w r5 `. B, F. m! q; Q
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
) `! l: l7 W' |9 Twell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
" F* N7 W7 Q) O& A1 a. @6 U* a( Yand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable, |' [# g( M8 v5 r
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
( |5 J* w- ]- n• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.4 A$ n; N4 @" h( @3 P
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
+ k8 `' _& C+ [# v% B3 F• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.4 Y, U0 f7 L- U5 z5 V* y! D
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
/ J+ d' e3 r9 e1 F, n X• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,% R& f1 j9 `" r+ i2 I) Q
timelines and budgets2 D0 G4 b2 }& x6 g4 E
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
+ q& ~* W* v0 M7 I' a% vcompany’s business goals and policies
: _5 P- k6 r4 v J: ` {1 D; ?• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

/ ?# c, ?4 |: y. D* h( s8 o• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
2 R5 r3 x4 t4 a2 ^• Some field operational experience
8 s( p5 K2 X3 W$ I2 R- z• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% h' D: w3 o/ s+ D3 a: W2 ~
- m4 K3 A8 ]! _3 x( H. V! H! q有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。! ]5 l8 r9 c) j9 b3 {8 ?9 f

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
