JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
# J( f% R% i7 ]The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as, l* `- ], X8 y) `% O z
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 G/ Z/ v. y6 V9 _& n! G0 k1 a
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
" M3 J# P7 M3 E! z3 ncoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
; h% u9 E. Z4 k% y3 y& r7 u& }contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations. D, u6 f, q# |0 _; o* `

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.9 _# f5 \% I$ o# @3 a! i- I# w
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
7 I" X1 i6 N' c" F6 ~. N' v% P• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
$ W8 U8 e, ]: s0 ]! g t• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

# n1 l" W/ M, G9 [# I• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring$ }. |/ y' P+ s5 R

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required! }. @" W2 |7 |8 J0 v
• Some field operational experience

• Class 5 licence.! h- Q* t0 O& y6 K9 o" T

6 f6 j) h, [0 N2 t. M补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

" `% n- t: o4 Z8 O, z有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

q( t: V' [4 O( F另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
