TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR: O5 ]8 [$ C; E1 o
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
$ {7 }# m5 z$ W4 k9 MThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
( S6 Y( u7 Q4 d% p! p5 Swell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative e3 i: [- y. h
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable# y9 W+ t" \* H0 v: G
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly/ _6 o0 ]8 D; l0 g+ `; H
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ v0 w8 U7 r- y7 P' H+ _( ?4 ?* J
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
- i- m7 [9 d' Q: {! ?+ M4 j• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.6 _/ B# u! y' x9 G o0 @; M
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
' y2 L. y" j4 Z' A/ t• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
. u" s; ?1 {2 V$ |* C• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
* {) x, X7 p9 rtimelines and budgets
% g/ G& W6 U2 E% D0 I+ Q• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
$ K/ }) ^4 x$ P! n% J& M3 |company’s business goals and policies
( b) J6 W7 o9 ~• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.: {0 p2 @# e: i, y0 q1 i8 O$ x
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE! n1 F# g( {, M( g% m, W4 x& w
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required3 a8 w7 z0 O" m5 w' T
• Some field operational experience5 Y8 R8 U2 `/ o. u& H+ u# |* C
• Some knowledge of the services company provides7 V" N/ N0 ]$ q) z' O2 Z4 S: \
• Strong computer skills
+ }9 ^6 ~5 G0 T# z7 P• Class 5 licence.5 h4 K4 L7 d4 z( K7 h5 E

) C* m4 L% }9 {. p- w" `) l补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

* t6 U7 j$ r5 c l; L% g- {有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
