TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR, T* f" h! z9 |, {

The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as8 t* z+ C- _! z3 r8 t
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative3 l- [% S; a' v: d& D, [8 \
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
& Y R0 X) D( S6 W) O7 l6 ocoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES n8 ]1 ~% g7 b# @, I; s5 X( o
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.5 u0 W/ P0 K( @/ [% L
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment./ Z A3 c# X8 }) X
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.7 m: n6 m# S" P" a- B0 i
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.4 \! z3 T8 t& ^5 S5 Z6 z
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,$ ?, u5 n' W9 n6 X* ^1 V2 z
timelines and budgets
- G4 o" w& y+ U# ^9 z* S2 @• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
& U) H, ^( T& t# F; B8 m R' dcompany’s business goals and policies: y& w4 w* c9 F
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.$ x* X# l i3 c# n" x
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE; ^2 u9 y' W8 V$ w6 F, D
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
' y" _3 v5 K" @2 U* h% J• Some field operational experience9 O+ m. V$ C, m2 {
• Some knowledge of the services company provides; h' Z" B& ?, }: N
• Strong computer skills
) E& ~- A# ~) O* e% |• Class 5 licence.

; p4 c8 E7 n/ K2 x- M; q# _补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

4 y1 V9 t0 ]1 s有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

9 R) u3 _' C; x) @' I2 G y另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
