JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable$ F. B! b0 t% ^1 n1 c
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.1 g" F, @8 }- H( n' l W
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.0 ]6 X) ~% `1 b' o8 p
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems./ B- z) g8 g) d$ M- B2 S( a
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.3 L- o9 }6 u8 @& z, W( @8 W, B3 ]
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,8 S' l+ K2 k7 i) N3 c8 S- q2 d
timelines and budgets
/ T4 }) E' h" a0 A; A4 ?- Y! l• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.8 c% ^; O! _( Z
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ T+ d: X/ ?6 ?9 q
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。. {( s5 l% O" |; |" V/ e N) \& B
( \6 H2 u3 n, _# m有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。, Q2 x6 }/ ^7 B
7 E; ?/ V5 r W% b5 a1 [& |( h希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。3 `7 F* w5 g4 [7 X9 F

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。0 L D' H0 a( o; u! H4 U5 l4 t/ J
