JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS. N- @$ `+ X* S8 @- T6 B' p
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as% o2 @$ Q4 R& m4 O. A9 i
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative/ Q2 M- r# |) B: U' R
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
: \& D# p6 I2 r+ D$ ?7 |0 pcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly2 e2 k. y5 R5 B0 S
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations: t& Y, S1 M h3 L

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.8 m! |% m0 j. T. u7 Z
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.& v) w2 _: u( x) j
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
: a, s7 v1 U$ F( @. g: v4 M s• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
! {1 u5 g x/ z7 z• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,, x5 e; L J+ }5 U
timelines and budgets X. ?2 N- `% \$ i* i+ ]. p$ T
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring. Z% z- w% c7 H$ S/ y/ q

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

# Q4 K! b$ N* @* @! L• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
# H' n) w- b; g) A• Some field operational experience

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。$ [% a# |" G5 D5 K+ x

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。4 i1 G$ h' [2 T' N* G) y0 \# }

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
