JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
0 d+ f5 b, t; u9 s4 \$ \* LThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as! }3 Y6 b; K3 V
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
% u6 @, {! L, ]# U5 g L2 |and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable! q. U9 T8 L$ | J4 A E
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.3 [4 A8 M0 Y. u- K. d+ H
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.; `4 U+ [- o! g, @
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,! r) U# ?& \2 \8 e$ q8 D3 V
timelines and budgets% @( E* `* b g2 {
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
4 b. p: m0 a! U: ]/ Rcompany’s business goals and policies
+ j/ [2 ]5 `; }+ a0 c• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.% c( h9 a3 Y t. P; e9 K! w
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE# _/ |) v3 i; ?/ t" I# z7 J
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required3 k S U l" l: H$ C
• Some field operational experience" f U( }# f8 R
• Some knowledge of the services company provides

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。4 H" a0 s. ?! |4 R
& h# ^) E& E/ m/ f有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。% k6 T' D, c$ v+ ?
