JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS+ u) y: X" v; ?
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as1 k0 b& H+ Q; b# K7 T. U. q4 l
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
$ A# w$ X: P: l7 J" Rand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable2 Y* ^! ]9 P9 H( r0 ?
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.+ \# n6 I) X, ]0 x& p+ e
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.

• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,2 y) r/ L" T5 Z# m! g/ p
timelines and budgets( D. Z2 ?. J4 }# b
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring7 \- v$ O2 |0 t& q
company’s business goals and policies2 M! f- H6 V- k& O- Y
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required5 Y' @. Z; Z$ v' t( {
• Some field operational experience" ]5 D+ Y: I+ R$ C2 O) Z4 g
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
" I$ ~1 e7 E& s# L4 m# k% o/ K• Strong computer skills

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
