JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
/ V4 z- c( p9 Z) nThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
* |' r; q( o; R2 C/ }well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative. l! L& Z/ _) D) M# C
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable' \" N5 T3 j) }) p; r
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
' U! ~& q+ M4 e) `contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations0 [+ X/ ~' D5 m8 q$ U
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
3 ^- }+ G2 K6 ]+ Z( W• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
+ ]4 |; t9 a5 c1 i& Y/ D! \• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.$ b; ^. ~8 }1 h" u; k. m1 N
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.6 E- }7 v7 [( G0 |" S6 C
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.0 [; u4 ]5 k- G. P; @: n
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,/ f0 S: `2 l0 |" W/ @3 Q5 s5 Q3 h
timelines and budgets& @+ O5 X! q' G3 s0 i, A. _6 w
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring L: V' O9 K9 t4 `
company’s business goals and policies; M2 ^ K" L0 K1 v# b+ O
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
8 {0 z- L8 i$ O3 ^EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
$ D6 d l$ o X" a; @! S• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required' q( Y T- R$ T4 s$ L
• Some field operational experience* |$ ~# X% \/ D3 d' x
• Some knowledge of the services company provides# E$ }' j" D4 B" c+ e
• Strong computer skills# X- ?- \4 j. J4 H/ [- i
• Class 5 licence.

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
