JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS& c+ ]7 z# S% P% Z, v5 y, u/ @
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
8 H# R% V4 W& G, v. v. }7 Rwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative p" }6 e0 u- K( C
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable' k8 `% X& w+ P
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly5 W" Y5 o- b! _. ]; ]
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

: x4 c1 [" U2 T* a• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
/ s7 u G; a R3 r. z+ @" B0 S• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.* J1 W5 ?: Z1 `' W) }0 N
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.1 O, v. U& [( M8 [% [
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.6 ~6 w! c; \% r; W& _3 b* o2 I- ~" j3 W
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring6 }3 p" m* F4 L; f* x! ^# v

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.* h% p: j$ a5 m. v
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE [, E2 y; ]: } F% q
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
7 d V& ~: Y: O• Some field operational experience
! z: j# w8 i5 r) J4 ]• Some knowledge of the services company provides1 A' l! z. Z) {' l/ \
• Strong computer skills
8 z; V/ t% `9 B, f% I/ s9 H• Class 5 licence.

2 L8 }+ T9 Z3 _' y" E补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

I V, b; t4 W有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。& p' r- y% E( W% S" l
) ~ F9 U, o0 N+ c: B2 l+ M; D希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
