TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

7 J# T# v! r6 a6 H+ ?1 GThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
2 c: y, ]' i( Q& G5 Fwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
( c# w4 ?$ L' F3 F# P5 {and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
% o- i3 Y; t, z+ z1 A& \' |coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
; ~$ w% ?6 J" W: ~3 [, q' vcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations., B( e+ R# W1 o) _ J
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
* i0 d3 L- g9 U/ q3 I0 C• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
) J: n! R* r4 ^; a4 O• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
$ g4 l8 X' Y5 t• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,6 l5 _% b% h0 A4 ^1 `, @
timelines and budgets6 e0 [* z. Z9 u# b
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
0 i l K- t; r# F( ~ kcompany’s business goals and policies) ^- i. z5 ~2 y* Y2 |0 \6 _
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
$ w7 ^- }; H& F9 j/ a9 j8 E/ C% N9 hEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ u( I2 a4 Q P/ ?' j
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
' u! D2 | V- q• Some field operational experience/ M& H! _4 p* Z4 a& t
• Some knowledge of the services company provides/ j* T t, c+ b) G1 E# j
• Strong computer skills

3 h, P9 ?! u" I补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。" @2 o) i& K6 s9 v9 C

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

由于收到大量简历和邮件, 现在报名截止. 请后面的朋友不要再发简历了. 虽然收到了很多朋友的简历,但是我不可能全部推荐上去,只能找背景和条件都相对比较符合的1-2人推荐上去. 希望没有收到我回复的朋友不要灰心,继续move on.

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
