JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS0 y. u* A% Y+ z* }! l
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as Q. n: V9 a* j0 D% I. p
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative/ r! v1 _2 _6 n3 h9 i
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable( r. Y; M2 v5 y- r# h+ Z3 x
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly }& N6 v+ G: v# C, s
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations( ~, r7 n9 q8 Z W; ^+ f/ f

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
7 h- ^. H% i1 f( d. {: y4 T+ E* D• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
7 r, J# | j6 ]- E) X* O• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.+ S0 [6 e) q; @) g
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
, M2 G8 I! N9 p, s• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
; Q; M8 v M7 m% d% t' U, f$ L• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
* {) n* V& H! Q6 w$ q( |) ttimelines and budgets4 a7 b* _$ l) {$ h6 E# B
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
: Z; b$ n3 R( ^( lcompany’s business goals and policies
5 d% ^& w2 s3 e* ^7 `$ K4 B' i• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
1 D2 V( X9 S% \: \EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
! U* m p7 H- U$ I9 i0 b• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
3 X! C& j l' l( R2 t• Some field operational experience; `& X9 S$ [8 o3 `4 y. Z( g- |
• Some knowledge of the services company provides/ \! `7 O l) q+ _. d
• Strong computer skills$ W8 E8 o* W% T1 ?" h: _2 t
• Class 5 licence.

8 H7 {% G, ^ E$ q' \7 e m3 Q补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。5 G" z! T6 y( G7 k9 H

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
