JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
$ [6 D4 I+ ^4 E! I. r. G) CThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
+ w7 O( S- U( e% Q. L* Y$ L9 `well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative$ @$ R" d' q7 ?9 ?9 w) c! N
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
8 Z g. h. M" h& `- o5 Qcoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly3 R0 z: M' M& j& Y
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.4 q$ A$ p: T! ?- y
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.1 s8 E0 B* U W+ s1 Y( ?7 E
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
' o' [* b( V0 G• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring9 |( d5 n: x& ^
company’s business goals and policies8 O7 N n3 U- b7 n) u' r
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
- y, L) g) E4 l1 u# P: LEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE5 L, O/ Y4 ^9 j8 h! X- q' B
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
* C! A* _" p5 y1 J a }( R• Some field operational experience- z" T, E; ^# l
• Some knowledge of the services company provides' b1 r* d4 w5 C: d1 U$ C
• Strong computer skills+ s# T! x T- T& ]# r
• Class 5 licence.

6 g+ ]& Y- v% }4 k补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。( w5 B$ g( L/ l- n; \3 P

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
