The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
t' W& z/ n l3 @( h- e. q3 Vwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative9 f2 K* ?8 g" z3 G. @ \5 k
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
! i: P* h2 X" |8 ]1 X• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.( M* Z( B/ Y& p2 W
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,, t' Q& {5 I& \' K% J
timelines and budgets

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE' d6 C0 O% C0 a m
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required+ f. w3 F) t" ^7 S3 Z$ P# e( g7 y9 u
• Some field operational experience
- N) u; s1 f4 [• Some knowledge of the services company provides$ C o0 X' {; P! ?& ^! t g5 e3 c
• Strong computer skills: R# ?' i# C: c
• Class 5 licence.

6 P2 H4 D, e: _* r! V( K! [7 Z补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。, ]( q: f; c* O& N2 ^6 C
4 O: c6 Q% A' Z& \3 h' v3 t2 V* H& N有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。" L, c: i( D5 F* [

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
