JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
+ q, H$ p3 F, b" |# s9 uThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
3 a- j/ l% w! s( x) q* k4 W2 e# ?8 _/ pwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative5 s& O, k* q p6 u
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable5 _" {; d# \$ Y' r9 s4 x4 A7 {
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly7 d3 e/ Z3 j" v, B" s8 z* `

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
* b* C& | [5 q2 b/ k- {• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
* P( m J& ^, A# k• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
) B+ P, f6 ~: a9 m) E• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.5 M' h& N$ }$ J
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE& n, j* l1 E$ L ~9 p7 x5 |2 s
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required6 z1 b& R' E! P# y, d
• Some field operational experience
w* k+ r1 w6 }: o8 \2 e• Some knowledge of the services company provides

h, S5 S2 ~2 v: W9 u) B补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% J- _. S$ Y# z" A2 |
7 k9 s! D h2 Y4 t有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
