within a body that boasts revolutionary technological advances. The 3D color

in low light are just a few features that are glaring improvements. The D800# }9 [; O! B* g& F* y- c
allows me to concentrate on the light, the composition and my subject

When I’m shooting beauty and jewelry in the studio or fashion on location,. N: b3 `! C2 P9 o) q1 y( b9 D1 O

Autofocus quickly tracks models in motion. Nikon’s 91K-pixel RGB sensor, X; T- J& w1 u& y, m- ]9 X) d
has noticeable improvements in metering accuracy, while the larger LCD is/ U, J$ S% V& w1 s" O
easier to read. The camera body feels solid and ergonomically simple, while* _" E3 i% j- _7 O s* B- c7 H
also feeling lighter and smaller than previous high-resolution Nikons. New
3 R# g p& z6 h' r% l4 Jcameras always inspire me to test and explore, and all the useful features2 r) W8 f* l. [+ B
in such a compact package will open huge creative possibilities for my highquality
: ?* K" y& h3 q& b4 E1 C; t0 Mprints and video. w V- {# w& [' e% f4 P
To me, cameras are more like paintbrushes than technology. The goal is! i- R! [( n7 l0 P" l$ N
not megapixels or technique but the image, and while camera models
& N0 m8 R) D! |/ s2 |are important, they are not the be-all or end-all. But after a lifetime using6 h0 f- I' c: f1 r
countless cameras, I have found a new best friend. It was not love at first7 F8 G' `7 E L) r, c& @/ `
sight. The sharpness and detail were initially intimidating, exposing my flaws" v) W7 y, c4 m
like never before. Subtle camera movements showed and differences of+ W5 H( ?0 ^' D1 i0 x7 }
acuity between aperture choices on various lenses were apparent. But now I
* r( u% d; u+ R& yam enthralled with this technology. Why? Because the images almost feel as

clean, clear and sharp files. This camera gives me the photographic flexibility
