4/5年的fixed rate不是才到过2.99%吗？为什么图上看不出来？

My current mortgage is with RBC, but will be matured in July. I am looking for a better rate for renewal. What is the best 5 fixed term rate? Do I need to pay lawyer fee and any other additional fee to use your mortgage?

If it matured in July 15, you may ask after March 18, so it's in 120 days, etc.

" c+ E, Z, z. _9 j, l  o/ G; z哦这样啊。那09-10那段variable最低的时候，最低的discount rate是多少呢？只是好奇。我有朋友拿的是prime - 0.7，那他现在应该是2.3? 是不是已经很接近历史最低的rate了？
