How much do I need to pay for commission for selling a house?

If you go through a realtor, they want 7% for the first 100K and 3% for the remaining amount.

yes , there is. 1% something.

问题是，当其他经纪看到commisson如此少的时候，不会把房子推荐给buyer的。没钱赚嘛。
