Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
; p$ T1 I! i/ T- j4 ?•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
+ b- u: [+ {8 A/ |5 k* j•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
& D" Z7 O# @" b) M5 I/ h/ P8 M•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
; h$ ?0 s, t! r) ~•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
- w$ u$ r( f: E  Y+ Q( X•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
& t9 P8 @8 \0 K* w•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
9 P$ f8 \# m: U" z. q0 `•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
