% y7 I6 B. W) }) MWages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

/ _+ A2 {* K' @+ z# kMain duties:
2 ?+ V) e2 C1 i5 F2 C. F' g5 m7 A•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& `* c2 t* E& n# \; V$ i•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
* v: F& }' u7 }. ~. n4 r* t•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
9 C* l$ H8 B+ `  A. v" k3 S•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
* T- |7 ~7 c7 f& Z. H4 D) f•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
0 n' x. q6 p$ G' a( @8 Y1 ?; u•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
