% Z. ` n8 v: ]) y2 k *Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
+ P: L4 A/ ]7 T' Z9 @ *around 400k
6 o9 [3 [1 F6 ]$ Q *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.

& E' K Y1 k- i8 m# I" w! NWith the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
