0 O% F }# F2 R7 X" a8 I; o& r- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community
" X3 u4 h N+ N' J! [8 @- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services
' q+ U. ^+ A5 N8 u# O- y- S+ l+ c- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
) ]/ I ]+ j7 J! n- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies' P* @3 Y& v4 M* _
- coordinate good will activities
: q( w6 A/ w4 l: q8 {/ w+ R- coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- prepare and send AGM information to members
* D0 I2 ]5 V+ R6 g, o; F+ O8 ^8 N- assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.; ]# ?; \2 c0 O6 W
- participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities. @8 i, P% m( M' i
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre. S S% J9 I0 ~' b2 b* ^" E
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services
7 l2 G/ i3 ^, i1 S5 K* _- assist in writing proposal for ISP
5 e& N* H- q8 n @5 e- write quarterly and final reports for ISP

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

Qualifications! I) V& [. @' c! v s+ L
- degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education
6 V( {4 |7 s' T7 v- ^) ~. g- good oral and written Chinese and English skills, r6 Y+ F5 m$ }8 `& i
- experience in community work and immigrant services& Q0 b+ v+ S! ~ X5 m
- ability to coordinate workshops and seminars1 I. }( m1 q7 v8 P5 m; w0 A
- leadership skills/ ^2 r5 ^1 V1 o* ~& d. d
- exceptional communication, interpersonal skills
