• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers : Y! {/ [$ F: L0 ~" j
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules 3 F) a' o) t8 d& ]$ c9 |6 t& D
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise " R" M' d- ^) D O' H7 V( D3 o
• Sell merchandise to customers p5 q! P+ Q/ R$ p. J# i* Q
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages & R; B( K* m. o' w
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise ' |, v3 `: o3 S
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Employment requirements:
