# @7 ^9 [* B" o& K: L•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 h; K7 n9 X' y! e•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
; i# [: K( ~, a* J& H, B•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

* ?8 Y1 f: [, u•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
' H6 k5 m. t6 ?; T•        1 year  work experience as retail salesperson
