100%骗子，别理他。

Paypal 本身是ok的，不过你cashout的时候要收你4%的手续费，你可以考虑把这个4%加在卖价里面，还有要小心的是它是保护买家的，之前有听说买家通过一些policy漏洞强制申请退款，让卖家送了货还白赔钱的事情。。。

Paypal本身没什么问题，是一个很好的付费方式。
) E3 M2 T: w/ d6 O+ Q( U6 q但是你这个买家绝对是个骗子。
  g' b" v# q* g9 c他有可能盗用别人的Paypal Account或者是Credit Card给你付费，但是之后你收到的钱还是会被拿回。
