原料里写鸡蛋一个是因为,这个鸡蛋有2个用处,一个是加入面粉混合物,还有一个用途是刷在桃酥表面,让桃酥看上去更漂亮。 加入面粉混合物取1/4是因为这个配方的配比问题,也就是约鸡蛋溶液12-15ml的样子。加多了水分就太高& x4 }3 g+ f+ s# N$ V9 C

这个配方如果你想多做,也是可以每样材料的量乘以相同倍数来增加的
