Bad location, smalll space, old (lots of maintainance fee), rental income no way to even reach $2000 unless you incl. all (utilities, etc.). which family spend $1300 for 3 bdrm with only one bath. $1250 can get townhouse with 1.5 bath and basement for storage.# m" P! I- g, W* C$ P
Very bad, No good investment at all.
