2 f4 W6 w, Y* u" U& w; A6 q投资的话下25%首付就好了。还有就是20年后这个房子值多少钱？

年入5%，不如存定期。房子地点差，升值慢。

  R7 b1 f; o8 g0 s3 H这个房子的地点基本无法升值。 而且房子很久，20年后，应该只有土地价值

OMG, City assessment only $264,500.
Bad location, smalll space, old (lots of maintainance fee), rental income no way to even reach $2000 unless you incl. all (utilities, etc.). which family spend $1300 for 3 bdrm with only one bath. $1250 can get townhouse with 1.5 bath and basement for storage.
Very bad, No good investment at all.
