Job Description:
. V7 t7 \+ w5 j• Complete and post staff schedules * |4 [0 [ U9 t2 F/ N+ M {) _
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
. |7 j# k0 a) z% [• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management' \/ G5 X. @% [% f! f+ E1 f
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff& B1 A0 v, K8 n4 e/ Q+ z* ?# n
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! G6 \) i& L1 [• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
! q# v; x3 e N W8 j• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway) b9 G8 o' s' W3 x J) C' a

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset: y% j5 ^0 u' X% M0 Z
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)

Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
