• Complete and post staff schedules
; | M: F( q$ O• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
" f# d# R2 c7 q {• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management$ r! l4 s: u2 a+ f: n( F" Z
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff$ o- M1 R& e/ f4 a. W9 r& Z
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
( x7 n/ \) I P. N4 w, v' y• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales7 U, q) R% t o. a

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway; o5 T: r2 R) b8 ~7 k2 T
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

* y, R" z. x( r( VPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
