Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
. V7 t7 \+ w5 j•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
. |7 j# k0 a) z% [•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! G6 \) i& L1 [•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
! q# v; x3 e  N  W8 j•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
5 n$ B5 s3 H+ ~, @& ~& S3 [( j•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
5 }+ c4 g: ]; `- T0 q4 G•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
9 i. h3 G' l" p1 f! ~* \/ qPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
