• Complete and post staff schedules 3 W% Q( H- F) n+ P2 S8 M
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines% F, E9 O* ]& {) n1 T9 m3 }1 ]
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management$ j3 O' i6 z' i+ R- [* L) {
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff: n" W h7 U0 Q
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date) Y, _: B1 m, S+ f1 s" c
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed, E8 m2 Z. \& Y; _/ ?
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees+ L* Z3 [+ [& u3 `( [! y
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales2 ]' I) I5 l% F
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

" S; U. t- _' \Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
