•        Complete and post staff schedules
; Y& r$ x/ l2 |. _•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
/ x5 E/ c2 s" J4 v•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management% z5 {5 }: U* L2 ]
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
: d, _; @9 l1 k4 F5 u9 V1 a•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
8 \! i8 u2 T: Z9 ~1 D$ q+ E9 n. }•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
, M# k$ ~- I: ~% Q•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
9 H- o1 N, D( u6 [•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
& O! W( Q( ^! k4 s, L( w3 ^: S•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management : ?; T# D6 i$ s
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway* \2 i3 L0 c) D) M3 s
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily4 T7 i4 V! x' u- m8 ?. L2 n
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:$ L* t3 _% k; m0 U2 `) s

Education: Completion of secondary school is required" W+ M2 B  [; H; _& i
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset5 }/ j! E, G3 n$ ?/ F8 w
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)! j; {0 N5 ]: r8 Z* ~% W
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion: e8 d; h; u# x( I1 p1 {; |2 w! O
