The successful candidate will:

Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
5 L0 F- @9 S9 R; v3 i' fParticipate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
. r% g3 n) x) V4 ^3 G7 {% |Follow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
2 t, O5 }6 _$ hDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.

Post secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
' O: y, N9 N( V0 P8 \" E& }3-5 years in web application development
Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
MS SQL development and administration skills
Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
Experience with Visual Studio

Knowledge of COM/DCOM, OPC, Modbus, Industrial Historian Databases

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
9 y' ?& a$ e/ O! b( \INTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
